How much will shipping cost?

Shipping on prints will be calculated by weight at checkout. Freight on artwork and larger items will be quoted on a case by case scenario and a second invoice will be issued after the time of purchase. Do you ship internationally?

There are options for international freight, if you would like to know more about your options please contact us at customerservice@jaivasicek.com

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch every print in a timely manner in some cases prints have a 2 - 3 week lead time - notification for tracking is sent via email once your print has been booked. Original Artworks will be dispatched at the conclusion of the exhibition, prior contact will be made to arrange a suitable time for shipping. 

Shipping times vary depending on your location. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification advising you of your tracking number along with the freight provider details.

Didn't receive a confirmation of order?

If you have not received a confirmation email from us, please check your spam/junk mail folder. If you are still unable to find a confirmation of your order, please contact us at customerservice@jaivasicek.com 

 

 

Other important information

We advise once you have received your print, to make arrangements to professionally frame your print as soon as possible, and suggest prints remain unopened until such a time.

Ensure the package is stored in a safe and dry place and please avoid stacking anything on top. The paper and inks are velvet in nature and easily susceptible to damage when not handled with proper care.
