Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions

- Black Friday Sale Starts 12:00pm,  (AEDT) on 22nd November 2024 and ends on Sunday 1st, 2024 - 'Sale Period' 

- Checkout must be completed during the Sale Period specified above.

- The discount is not available on purchases completed outside of the Sale Period and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

- We reserve the right to extend the Sale without notice.

- We reserve the right to release subsequent offers and these offers cannot be applied to prior purchases


- Discount is off the marked price of each sale item and is applied at checkout using the discount code JAIFRIDAY & BFCM

Please direct all Customer Service enquiries to customerservice@jaivasicek.com at this time. We appreciate your patience and respect as we work through a high volume of enquiries - rest assured you will receive a response as soon as is possible.

 

When can I expect my order?

  • This is an extremely busy time for us. We will have your order on its way to you as quickly as possible.

Please see below an approx. dispatch time frame:

Tiles - up to 2 weeks

Prints - up to 2 weeks

Homewares - 1 week

Fashion - 1 week

Framed prints/ Renders - 2 weeks


I haven't received a confirmation email for my order. What should I do?

  • Please check your junk mail and if it is not there, please contact us at customerservice@jaivasicek.com

Most of the time the wrong email has been entered but this is very easy for us to rectify.


I have entered the wrong shipping address. How can this be changed?

We can change the address from our end but we will not be held responsible if the order is sent to the address that has been entered at the time of checking out.

We will have a huge number of enquiries to work through each day and your order may be dispatched before we get to your email.


I have changed my mind about my purchase. Can I get a refund?

  • We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind

My order has arrived damaged.

  • Please email us at customerservice@jaivasicek.com with photos of the packaging that it arrived in and the damages to the item.
  • We will send you a replacement.

I would like to add framing to my order

  • Please contact us at customerservice@jaivasicek.com as soon as possible for framing to be added. We will endeavour to add this if we can. Please note the framing time line.

I would like to add to my order. Can this be done?

  • Unfortunately we are unable to add or subtract from an order once it is placed.
  • You will need to place another order for any additional items.

I live near a JAI location, can i collect my order in person?

  • Due to the amount of orders we have to work through, we are only offering shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do for all items except for framed prints.
